Our cancellation conditions:

If you cancel your booked holiday at Balzenhof, we reserve the right to charge 10% (minimum € 25.00) of the agreed price up to the 45th day before the start of the holiday, 25% up to the 30th day before the start of the holiday, 50% up to the 22nd day before the start of the holiday, 80% thereafter and 90% if you do not take the holiday.

We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
